Well I know I have been slacking on my posts but from here on out I promise to blog daily.
Anyway this post is about my attempt at giving up dairy for a whole week. Now, I’m obsessed with all types of dairy products and this is easier typed than done. However, dairy leaves me with a terrible belly ache once digested. My doctor has informed me I’m lactose intolerant but I really don’t listen. I love dairy too much to give it up, however I told him I would try to give it up for a week to see what exactly would happen.
So here it goes. Day 1. And boy I must say this was difficult. I usually enjoy a bowl of cereal & yogurt for breakfast but today I couldn’t. And man oh man was I disappointed. However, I didn’t have too many belly aches which is a plus.
Let’s see how Day 2 goes. Wish me luck.
