Soooo, Happy Ash Wednesday all 🙂
Anywho, I’ve finalized my things to give up for the next 40 days and they are (in no particular order)
I’m quite sure the first two will be a cake walk but I LOVE meat and parting ways for the next 40 days will be quite difficult.
I’ve also planned to add healthy changes for the next 40 days as well. Those are:
1. Drinking 64 oz of water a day
2. Working out 3-4 days a week
3. Continuing the intake of vitamins ( one a day multivitamin & my biotin pills)
Hopefully with these changes I will see drastic improvement with my hair as well as skin.
