Length Check #2 & Modified CG method

Alright, alright, alright. It’s that time again. πŸ™‚

I initially took this length check on Christmas Day because that’s when I ran out of my first supply of my Hairfinity vitamins, so this is a tad bit old. Anywho I measured on stretched hair and these are a rough guesstimates. I think next time I’m just going to use an old t-shirt and mark where my hair stops.

12/25/12 measurements –
Back: 8 1/4 inches
Side: 8 1/4 inches
Front: 8 1/2 inches
Middle: 8 1/2 inches

These guesstimates totally shocked me because I always assumed my front and middle were shorter than my back but low and behold I was wrong. I can’t wait to see my progress after two months on these vitamins πŸ˜€

Sooo I’ve been extensively researching the curly girl method and even took out the book from the library to expand my knowledge and I’ve decided to try it out. What’s the curly girl method you ask? it’s basically eliminating the use of shampoo from your regimen as well as not using products that contain sulfates and cones.
However, I realized it calls for WnGs and you see the way my bank account is set up…lol no I live in Pittsburgh, the land of unpredictable weather and not to mention harsh winters! So yeah I’ve decided to modified it a bit until it warms up and I can attempt WnGs (wash and gos).
I already don’t use cones and sulfates and rarely shampoo my hair so starting should be rather easy. I’m going to do a quick ingredients check just to be on the safe side though. Another thing I won’t be doing away with is my brush..I mean I don’t brush my hurr daily but when I need to do a sleek style that baby is my best friend.

Peace and Love ❀
