Guess what??

Hey all!

Happy Monday!! So I have wonderful news to share with you all. I’ve been asked to be a contributor to a new and exciting blog here in wordpress land. It’s called Tastemakers and it features, local music, fashion, health issues, daily advice & of course Natural Hair.. & they PICKED ME. Can you say excited?

So I’ve been wracking my brain on what my first article shall be? I was thinking something on the lines of a glossary of terms or maybe a background story on yours truly? LOL, either way whatever I do will most certainly be shared with you all… my lovely loyal fans.

Now on to my fitness aspect of my life. I’ve invested in a fitbook, which is a lovely fitness journal, 12 week goal tracker sort of thing. It can be purchased here 

I absolutely love this thing…whoever said “a goal not written down is just a wish” was speaking volumes. I feel so much more motivated to complete my goals.. I will make changes…Don’t believe me, just watch.. 🙂

So my 12 week plan begins today.. They are as follows

12 Week Goals:
Current Weight – 132.5 lbs; Goal Weight – 125 lbs
Body Fat – about 23%; Goal Body Fat – 18%
Current Waist – 28 in; Goal Waist – 25 inches
Current Hips – 38 inch; Goal Hips – 37 inches
Overall: making healthier food choices, eat more vegetables, and exercising 5x a week for 45 minutes a day (mixture of strength training, flexibility & core and running)
