March Fitness Challenge

5 days in to March and I’m posting about a fitness challenge. Yeah I know..but oh well. I do what I want.

Anyway, I saw this challenge on Pinterest and figured I try it for the month of March.

Put $1 in the jar every time you work out. Set a goal for yourself (say $100) then use that to treat yourself with a new outfit.

Whether you strength train, run, jump, yoga or just get up and walk be sure to add your dollar to the jar.

That’s it. My goal for the Month of March is 15. After this evenings workout I will have 2 whole dollars!! Whoot Whoot! Lol.
