As promised, I’m back to share with you all my virtual motivation board and a few of my goals for this #90daychallenge.
First up my lovely goals, they are really simple:
-lose 5 pounds by the end of the challenge (June 23rd)
-be able to complete 10 male pushups in a row by May 23rd
-Workout atleast 3x a week
–Remain consistent w/my workouts and clean eating
-Believe in myself!
-Never Give Up!
See simple. Those male pushups are going to be the death of me. I’m working on those every other day and boy do those hurt. I just want to do my modified pushups and call it a day. LOL.
So here is my virtual motivation:
Welp that’s it. I’m currently working on an actual in your face fitness board that should be finished this weekend. So once that is finished I will be back to share with you all.
