I’ve successfully made it to Day 7 of my 90 day challenge, only 83 more days to go !!! So just a quick recap of this past week, I worked out 4 days and was semi successful with my eating. I did have a few days where I had a minor set back and resorted back to the yucky foods but I redeemed myself in an area where I usually struggle, THE WEEKEND! I work retail on the weekends and there are slim pickins at the mall and how my breaks are structured it is hard for me to follow some sort of eating schedule. However, this pass Saturday I did great, I had my meals and snacks previously ready so I was able to remain on track.
Anywho, Sunday’s are usually my rest days but since I had to work Saturday I went to the gym with my mother. Here is what she had me doing:
I followed this with 30 minutes of walking at a brisk pace on the treadmill. As you can see, my mother KILLED me again lol.
However, I’m excited for the upcoming week. I’m creating my visual fitness motivation board and will be back to share with you all once it is completed. My meals are set and ready to go and I have my week planned out for my exercises. Also, opening day is tomorrow!! In case you didn’t know, I’m a huge baseball fan and an even larger Pirate fan. I’m going to 2 games this week and I’m freaking excited, let us just hope and pray that Pittsburgh weather will not act a fool lol.
But I’m off to fold laundry -_____-, le sigh. I hope everyone has a wonderful week.
