The Fitness Files: Aloha Protein Powder

Have you ever seen those Facebook posts related to Aloha Protein Powder?


Well I have been constantly seeing them for the past few months and finally decided to take the plunge.


What is Aloha?

In the Hawaiian language, aloha means “sharing the breath of life.” At ALOHA, we aim to do this by making health simple, fun, and accessible.

I picked up two sample size protein powders in chocolate and vanilla.

I’m a chocolate lover and I have crushed this chocolate protein. I have used it alone and added it to my post-workout smoothie and this thing tastes great. It doesn’t have that chalky taste that some powders have.

I’m thinking of a different way to use my vanilla sample. I was thinking of adding it to some banana muffins to use for pre-workout fuel.
