I’ve been hinting around this haul for a couple of posts now and I’m finally getting around to posting it.
I’ve been picking up random items here and there over the past couple of weeks and just have been storing them in a little tote.
So let’s jump right in:
I love these wipes and this micellar water. Not only do they remove makeup but the water is the truth. It removes makeup that the wipes miss leaving me with a much cleaner face.
If you are able to, pick these up. You will love both products.
Pixi by Petra Glow Mist
Wet n Wild – Prime & Set Collection
Photo Focus Setting Spray – Side Note, I’ve used this once and it somewhat controlled my oils.
CoverAll Face Primer – I’ve used this a couple of times and really like it. Here are the claims: This miraculous primer can be used all over your face to minimize the appearance of pores, fill in fine lines and wrinkles, even out skin tone, prevent your foundation from caking, and brighten your complexion for ultra-vibrant color that lasts all day.
Continuing with primers, I also picked up
Milani Prime Perfection – Add radiance and a healthy-looking glow to your complexion while softening the look of fine lines, large pores and flaws. Prime Perfection Hydrating + Pore-Minimizing Face Primer blends invisibly and maintains the skin’s moisture balance, resulting in an illuminating and flawless finish.
I’ve used this once and it’s just okay. I’m hoping to use it a little more once the warmer weather arrives. I picked up the hydrating one specifically for warmer weather but I might also go back to get the mattfying one also.
Covergirl Tru Blend – Combo Skin Face Primer
Designed for combo skin, primer has a balancing formula that creates a
smooth surface for perfect foundation application
. Primer extends the wear of foundation
. Primer preps skin for smooth application strong.
I definitely picked this up on a whim and haven’t even used it yet. Will let you know if I do.
And last but certainly not least….LIPSTICKS.
I kind of went overboard with the lipsticks…but who cares.
Covergirl Oh Sugar! lip balm – 3 Caramel
Treat your lips with colorlicious oh sugar! Vitamin infused lip balm. With the help of grapeseed oil, avocado butter, and Vitamins C & E, it’s only natural that this delicious smelling lip treatment leaves your lips soft and nourished with a hint of sheer color. Protect and repair lips with any of the 10 scented shades.
I haven’t even opened this yet and will end up selling this on Poshmark. I am interested in this product but will pick up another shade to try it out.
Maybelline’s Color Sensational Vivid Matte Liquid Lip Color has a creamy liquid base for a soft, cushiony feel.
Vivid, matte finish
Infused with pure pigments for high-impact color
Glides on smooth and hydrates
Sadly, I don’t like these lippies. They are too opaque for me. And then when I did build them up it became too sticky. Also, they never dried down to a matte finish as Maybelline claims.
L’Oreal Infallible Pro Matte Gloss – Statement Nude, Bare Attraction, Nude Allude & Forbidden Kiss
From Left – Right
Statement Nude (My Favorite), Bare Attraction, Nude Allude & Forbidden Kiss
I LOVE THESE little confusing titled lippies.
I also found a potential dupe for the new Too Faced Melted Lipsticks.
Sell Out is bottom shade & Bare Attraction is the top.
In my opinion Bare Attraction is a dupe for Sell Out.
So if you can’t get your hands on Sell Out be sure to pick up Bare Attraction.
NYX Liquid Suede – Tea & Cookies, Soft-Spoken & Sandstorm
I’m a huge NYX fan and sadly 2 out of the 3 colors didn’t work for me. The Tea & Cookies is just too light and the Sandstorm was also a tad bit light. However the Soft-Spoken is gorgeous.
That is it… finally lol.
I must admit I have purchased a few more makeup items for the Spring and will be sharing but those will be my last purchases because I’m going back to a low-buy for April.
What drugstore makeup items are you crushing over?
Peace and Love ❤
