So as I previously stated…Summer is literally right around the corner.
I’ve been doing well with remaining consistent with my workouts but my nutrition has been somewhat slacking.
I generally eat clean for about 2/3 of the day and then once dinner comes I’m usually tired and end up eating something small and unhealthy.
I’ve noticed that since I’ve increased my cardio that I’ve been 1 million times hungrier and only eating clean for a portion of the day isn’t helping to burn this fat.
I’m back to meal prepping and I’ve also attempted to remain consistent with my Vulcan Muscle Fat Toner from Unico.
Mini Review: Despite me not being consistent I can say that I’ve noticed a major difference in my definition in my legs as well as my core. I’ve always struggled getting my obliques to show and now they’re coming through. I’m hoping that pairing this with my nutrition and my workouts that I will see some major changes in a month.
