Now that I have passed my 6 week check up.
It is time to get back to the gym.
I LOVE everything about working out.
Especially the results you get.
However I’m nervous about my motivation this time around.
You know with having a new baby and all.
I’ve already signed up for the Pittsburgh Marathon as part of a relay team to help keep me motivated with working out.
I’ve also joined a few fitness groups on Facebook to help with my motivation woes as well.
I’m now on week 3 of working out and I must say it is getting a tad bit easier to get my butt to the gym.
Time to get fit.
My race is in about 5 weeks and I wanted to use this time to be very dedicated to eating clean and working out.

The struggle is REAL.
I’m so used to just getting up and going to the gym.
Now I’m fighting fatigue and IDK about you all but I don’t like going to the gym
Listen I have to run 5 miles at a decent pace in about 5 weeks and I must get it together.
I’m not going to focus on any specific weight loss goals.
I just want to eat right a majority of the week and workout about 4 times a week.
I will hopefully measure my progress by the change in my clothes.
Here I am now:
My current weight is 157 pounds.
My goal is to be back to a flat tummy and back to a size 8 by my birthday.
I shall update you all monthly.
